Now that (some) of the site is running normally again and codes and other things have been recollected, we are succesfully tearing down the walls of our own home. It's gonna get ugly (for now), but will end with a beautiful new home for you and us to surf in. So, don't pee your pants, you'll get your clickables soon enough.

What Is Bonk. Planning For 2010?

Last year was the first functioning year of bonksnow.com
and the Bonkalicious blog.
The Design-A-Week Project was completed
(!!) against all personal expectations, and some of the designs don’t
even look that bad.
A number of lessons have been learned and 2010 is going to be a time
to adjust and move forward.
So, what are we going to do this year?
* Design A Week Project 2010: same
thing, different year – bigger, better, badder, bonker.
* Sound Sound. The best music we can find,
all for you.
Recently launched and/or curated on the Bonkalicious
Blog:
1. Best New Music 2010
2. Fireplace Food For Friends
3. Unknown Title (coming soon) – favorites for riding, driving,
chilling, and more.
* Redesign bonksnow.com:
1. Improve the UE and general structure of the site – less clutter,
less babble.
2. Move the photo galleries to the Bonkalicious Flickr
Stream
3. Redesign the structure of the Playlists
page. A long list of songs just isn’t gonna do it. Embedded/integrated
players and streaming is an option.
* Products (starting mid/late 2010)
1. T-shirts
2. Stickers
Obviously we can’t, will not, and most definitely should not promise
anything, but the aforementioned are our goals and are hereby set in stone/deletable-type.

The Design-A-Week Project 2010 has
finally been inaugerated. After a long period of indecision, we figured
why not take on the challenge and lose a couple hours of free time each
week. It's for your own good, right?
Also, stay tuned for a redesign of bonksnow.com. A lot is to be done,
and we're sure you will greatly appreciate the improvements we have planned.

Resorts around the world
are opening several weeks earlier than planned due to heavy snowfall.
Reading that makes us harder than icicles.
The previously announced first-line drop of shirts in September was quietly
postponed due to several reasons. Instead of a sloppy, slutty big bang
we're going to come quietly. Bonk Apparel will sneak silently into closets
and onto peoples upper bodies more elegantly than snakes can slither through
deserts. All productions this year/season will be one-off's, two-off's,
or at most a-few-off's. In other words, limited editions baby.

Bonkalicious Goes Flickr + Links Fixed

Bonkalicious and BonkSnow.com
have officially launched on Flickr.
No, we're not the first to do so (but maybe the last?). The Flickr
photostreams will provide you, the Flickr'rs, and anyone else who
hasn't found us yet, a nice little collection to tease and please you.
We will upload select shots from our galleries - and possibly some extras
just for the hell of it. The originals - the bigger, better sizes - and
the warmth of the Bonkers will always be found here,
at yours truly, bonksnow.com.

Half-Time: Design-A-Week Project Almost At Midpoint

After 25 designs this year we are heading into the midway sprint next
week. To keep the motivation strong and the interest high we are going
to let out some information which might or might not bring us luck: first
official drop is planned for end of August / beginning September. Limited

Political Outages: Bonk Wins Electro-War

Due to increased power failures, real estate acquisitions, an infection,
and political disputes between sufficient memory and not sufficient memory,
our activities have been kept on the 'DL' for the past few weeks. Good
news is we are back to pre-failure status so most programs are up and
running and the designs are blooming.

Bring Goggles To Beach

Flowers are blossoming, skirts are shortening, sunglasses are covering
pale faces, and goggle tans are slowly fading away. The end of a fantastic
season is around the corner and we just wanted to remind you to bring

We have now succesfully switched our hosting service to provide you and
the restless masses with a faster loading, banner-free site. That's right-
no annoying ad banner up top! That means the flash galleries
will be fully visible again, navigation and overall layout should be improved
for your personal benefit.

New Layout for Better Oogling

Better oogling is certainly necessary in a resort of snow, style, and
sound. Seeing and being seen is the key. Since you can't yet be seen on
this site, we've focused on giving you things to look at.
Most websites redesign layouts and structures to optimize google rankings-
something we are also working on. However, as we are still somewhere around
the 4.5 Millionth page under relevant searches, we have focused on the
'U' in 'User' (and the 'cheese' in 'cheesy').
Ooogle away!

Play That Funky Music

A new section is to be added in the coming weeks - Playlists. The best
music for riding, chilling, rocking, bonking, shredding, and anything
else you can enjoy. This feature will be developed over time to include
submissions, voting, and after a bit of legal squarrels we will attempt
a download function. Come back soon!
